HUNTER DAILY UNVEILS NEW EP ‘CLAW MARKS’
Los Angeles rising artist Hunter Daily has released her new EP Claw Marks, featuring six tracks that dive deep into the raw terrain of heartbreak. The project arrives just ahead of her U.S. tour with Kenzie Cait later this month.
The EP includes two fresh singles, “Video Games” and “Wedding Season,” showcasing Daily’s ethereal vocals and unflinching lyricism. “Each track explores a different shade of heartbreak, from denial and excuses to pleading for change and, finally, acceptance. It’s the sound of fighting goodbye, and the scars it leaves behind.”
The spotlight falls on “Video Games,” a breakup anthem with razor-sharp hooks. Written out of frustration with a gamer boyfriend, the track turns playful metaphors into a biting message. As Daily put it: “If the only thing he’s turning on is his monitor, it’s GAME OVER.”
